This restaurant is a hidden gem. I was truly fortunate to discover it. I absolutely adore vegetables, and this place offers an incredible variety of vegetable dishes, sauces, and dressings. I opted for the half rice, half grain bowl and chose the pomegranate lamb as my protein (it does come with an extra charge, but it was definitely worth it). My server informed me that I could select eight different vegetable options, and I was thrilled. I piled my bowl high with beets, cabbage salad, artichoke hearts, olives, couscous, roasted cauliflower, fava beans, and pickled red onions.
After just one visit, I can confidently say that this is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. The service was exceptionally quick, and the women at the counter were incredibly kind and patient with all my inquiries. Since I'm allergic to onions, I needed to check multiple toppings to ensure they were onion-free. Even if they weren't sure, they promptly found out the information for me. Great Mediterranean restaurant for quick take out or dine in. We got take out for the road and the food was delicious (gyro sandwich with fries and kids falafel sandwich with fruit fresh pineapple). These were some of the freshest tasting falafels I've ever had. I like that the kids meal comes with fresh fruit and an honest kids juice pouch. The portions were also quite large for a great price. Highly recommend.
There's no table service. It's a bit cafeteria style.The staff was very nice and helpful answering my questions about the ingredients. Once you pick out your food the line takes you to the register. I've been gluten-free for nearly a decade, and this is the best restaurant I've dined at during that time. Tracy assisted us, and she was fantastic! She guided us through the menu and crafted an incredibly flavorful bowl for us. I absolutely loved Yama's and would highly recommend it to everyone!
The pita was dry and really made the whole sandwich less enjoyable. On top of that they put very little tzatziki on it and charged me for more. : The chicken in the Souvlaki was well seasoned. Nice big seating area with a lot of space. It was OK. THE Rose lemonade was AMAZING!!!
Amazing place, vegetarians and vegans will LOVE IT. Great quality of food, healthy, fresh, clean, variety, friendly, and perfectly decorated. I wouldn?t mind eating here every day. Friendly staff and the price is perfect. You couldn?t ask for more.
