The pancakes were the best I've had in years—light, fluffy, perfectly sweet, and simply beautiful! I ordered the Mexican Skillet with chorizo, and it was absolutely amazing! I had to remove the jalapeño peppers because they were quite spicy, but the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside while tender on the inside. Even the avocado was delicious—simply excellent!

This place is the best. I'm trying to get there regularly. The food is great! I almost always get waffles because they're so fluffy. My favorite part is orange juice. This place has a juice bar where they make smoothies and fresh squeezed juice, orange juice is my favorite. If you worry about the noise level, go after 2:00. They're only up to 4, so this is their slow time. Usually not too many people in there, so it makes for a better expirince in my opinion. 50/50 on the staff. Door girl is always pleasant, but you don't always get a big server.
I should have taken pictures of my meal, but to be honest, I was so hungry that everything looked incredibly appetizing! I ordered Yia Tia's chicken and waffles, which came with a side of bacon and gravy, and it was amazing. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the portion size was generous—I ended up needing a box for my leftovers. It was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!
This breakfast restaurant has tons of stands and tables everywhere, you will likely be able to sit as soon as you go into the doors. Prices are affordable and have a casual breakfast vibe. While it doesn't necessarily look like a diner, it feels like it. The Nasty Skillet ordered and my whole regret was not sharing it because the portions are huge. Would be interested to try other items on the menu.

We stopped for breakfast on Saturday morning. The restaurant was very busy, but we (Party of 5) took place immediately. Our waitress Kaitlyn was upstairs and beyond with service and contemplation! We had finished a great breakfast with a birthday muffin for our daughter! Very happy with the level service we have received!
When they were busy, they still got food in about 10 minutes. Fantastic prices, especially for serving sizes. Very nice staff. The waitress was very sweet. Incredibly delicious gluten-free pancakes. Very recommended and I will go again.
All the food at Yia Yia's pancake house is delicious,just bring your mask and your appetite! ,price!?!? Alittle pricey ,but worth it,I will go in once in a great while

Fantastic food and wonderful atmosphere! I enjoyed the crispy chicken panini along with a pumpkin iced coffee.
