My experience at yo! was amazing and unlike anything I've ever had before. The service was incredibly fast, even though we didn't have a reservation. The waitress was able to seat us right away and walked us through the process of ordering and paying using the QR code on their website. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food we received. If you're looking for a great meal while visiting Cheshire, yo! is definitely worth a try. Just be sure to book ahead of time as it can get quite busy - when we were there, the restaurant was full and they were turning people away or informing them of a 30-minute wait.
I do love a YOSushi the food as always was delicious the chef's were helpful pleasant. The reason for 3 stars is simply that the front of house were not up to the usual standard I expect at YO. We waited for a good 6 minutes at the front desk without any acknowledgement of our existence when we eventually were taken to seating we were just told it's all a bit difficult still at the minute with a combination of scanning an app to order and picking food up off the conveyor belt but then she rushed off without any further help or instruction. Maybe they were just having a bad day we were unlucky.
one of the best sushi sites to go, the new layout and customer processing is much better. eat all ordered and paid by the app and is much easier. the foods are shipped with a traffic light system from a transporter, red is no eating coming, orange is food on the way and green has the conveyor just at its section, so they can say that it is her and does not start again until all foods have been removed. very helpful staff and pleasant for everyone, always happy to help. overall a very good experience and will be back soon.
I visited Yo! Sushi today, my favorite place to eat. It's great that they offer a wide variety of dishes to try, which is really special. The only issue is that it can be crowded and difficult to navigate through the door when leaving. One star removed due to needing a phone to order your food. This is usually no issue but due to the construction of the building, the phone signal isnt great. This meant it took an age to order the food. Also, £3.25 for a carton of juice is a fairly large mark up by anybodies standards. Som enjoyed his meal though so overall, a decent place to eat.
Just reviewing because of a lovely patient staff called shannon. I was sent by my boss with a discount to fetch lunch, but the discount had issues. Shannon was so patient and polite with me despite it being busy, she deserves recognition for excellent customer service. Food was very yummy as usual!
Good food (beef teriyaki, chicken katsu, yo! fries, salmon nigiri all very nice), but no beer (Asahi or Sapporo) or Sake on the menu, stupidly limited range of soft drinks (no Coke/diet Coke or Fanta as found at other franchises)?... Better choice would've added at least a star.
Forgot half our order despite ordering online via a QR code. How that's even possible I don't understand. Didn't really apologise or offer any kind of gesture. Had already added a service charge on the order that I wouldn't have paid if it had been at the end. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Our first visit here and we can say that it is okay enough to fill your hungry tummy. The overall order process was actually fine. Orders will come in front of you from conveyor. If you've been to Japan yourself you know why you may not want to come back.
