I've been visiting this restaurant regularly for the past two summers, and my experiences have been pretty consistent. Tonight was my first visit this summer, and I have to say, I was never satisfied with the service before. However, Danielle truly stood out—she was incredibly sweet and accommodating to my 5-year-old niece, who wanted to try everything on the menu. Danielle was warm, friendly, and exceptionally patient with her, which I really appreciated. I felt bad that I didn’t have any money to tip her at the time. Love Love YoGo Factory. I always get a warm greeting when I visit. They will let you taste test their flavors which is great but very hard to decide which to get as they are all sooo good. If you haven't tried frozen yogurt please do yourself a favor and give this a whirl. Also you'll have so many toppings to choose from. I mean there must be like 50 different toppings including fresh fruits, carob chips, gummies and so much more. I did notice for you die hard icecream fans that they have you included too with flavors of the day so don't pass up the fun of coming in and enjoying the awesome atmosphere there.
I really enjoy visiting this place. The ingredients are always fresh, and there's always something new to sample. They offer a wide variety of toppings to customize your frozen yogurt. The prices are reasonable, particularly if you opt for the flat blue cup, which I haven't seen at any other frozen yogurt shops. The place is consistently very clean, and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist.
This place is amazing! Galloway really needed something fresh and unique. When I lived in California, I frequented similar spots, and I can confidently say this is the best one I’ve experienced. The yogurt tastes far superior to ice cream, and almost everything is fat-free! They also offer a fantastic selection of fresh, genuine fruit, which is a genius touch. My kids love it as well!

This place is Awesome!! Friendly Staff!! Great products and lots of fun every time!! Super clean and they even have outside seating too!! YO gotta GO try it !! AMAZING!!
The yogurt is delicious and they have a wealth of toppings. With constantly changing aromas you will not try out new combinations. The staff is also very nice.
Nice place.. Cashier was ok (wasnt really that helpful) didnt greet anything..
The kids love it. A great place to take them on a hot summer day.
