I frequent this restaurant often, and none of the ladies have ever mentioned a buy one get one offer before. However, when I visited Yogurtland on July 10th, 2023, Christine, the cashier, was extremely friendly. She informed me during checkout that there was a buy one get one promotion that day. I was impressed by her excellent customer service and suggested that her coworkers should also be as informative to customers. I appreciate the welcoming smile she had while interacting with everyone in the store. Thank you, Christine!
I saw a little **** on the tablet where excess frozen yogurt falls. Moreover, most candy tablets were almost empty and the contents were everywhere on the square, giving it a creepy look.
This restaurant is awful. I saw a cockroach on the wall and the cashier was extremely rude. When I asked for an extra spoon for my son, she refused, saying that they don't do "extras."
I saw a small roach on tray where excess frozen yogurt falls. Furthermore most of candy trays were almost empty and contents were all over the place giving it a messy look.
I received excellent service from the staff and was given a discount offer card for a free 8oz coffee after my 10th purchase.
Its really good I just don't like that they serve you now cuz of the pandemic... hopefully it goes back to normal
