Worst services ever I Place an order online I got a notification saying my driver was closed by I go outside to wait for the driver but driver never show up and confirmed order was delivered, I try calling the store but no one answered so I had to drive my self to the store to be told that I have to send a f…. Email to get a refund or replace my order (so I guess my kids won’t have dinner tonight until someone reply to my email) LAST TIME I BUY FROM THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION “Angeline P” learn to have better customer service.
The food at ypshinoya has declined since the 80s when it was so good and tasty. Now, it's just institutionalized fast food. Not bad, but not good either. Just edible when you are hungry. The service at this place is just standard. No bad or good. The atmosphere is the worst. Just drab and empty. It almost feels like a hospital cafeteria. And that's bad. It cost me over $16 for a large bowl, side dish, and drink. That's too expensive. Shish.
Don't make a big mistake! Ordered salmon with brown rice and vegetables. You have to repeat a few times what you want. Super small portion. Food doesn't taste at all. All tastes from teriyaki sauce. That's why I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and been informed it's another money for little sauce. Service ZERO...
I got the app so last time I order from Azuza I had to go pick it up to El Monte but it was warm. It was delicious. They give me my condiments. This place is another one that I usually like to go to. I’m going to see pictures next time I do definitely recommend it.

They forgot part of my order plus food isn't made like it used to no sesame seeds or green onions I expect to receive what I pay for and not get home to realize I'm giving away my hard earned
Food is blah....nothing extraordinary. Service can definitely improve.Their habanero meat/chicken isn't spicy at all, therefore if you're thinking its spicy, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Said it open at 8 but waited more than 5 minutes to see if they were open but I guess they don’t open early ? But they have it open online smh
Employee working drive thru was rude and she has an awful attitude.
