I recently visited this restaurant and had to place my order online because I found the experience at the register to be quite uncomfortable. After finishing my meal, I asked about using the restroom, only to be told by an employee that it was unavailable. There was no sign on the restroom door indicating this. I believe this employee did not provide good customer service. I encourage the manager to take a closer look at staff supervision, especially since many of them are quite young. Serious customer service. a hired name yvette had only a bad day and was so rude. I ask for more and she said everything she needs is in the pocket I checked before her and said I need spoons and forks (utensils.) she put 4 forks in the pocket and I told her again, I need 4 spoons she said I can give you only two and throw the spoon in my pocket. even the other employees seem surprised by their inconvenience. I had my children with me so told her respectful that she had to take a ten and come back because she was so rude and she said I was fine. She's lucky.
Ordered the xl combo and it looks nothing like what they advertise. I called to ask if I was served the right order and they said yes because it's position how the xl plate is. Even though it's the same amount of protein they serve in the regular combo bowl. She said instead of the veggies being placed on the plate they serve more protein which if you look at the picture you can clearly see the empty space . Don't advertise a full plate of protein if that's not what you're going to serve.
I asked for said all over and the woman taking my order wanted to charge me for extra sauce. When I declined to pay extra I think she told the kitchen to make sure I got very little teriyaki teriyaki the about of sauce I got was so little I should have taken a picture. This location the last 3 times I have ordered and ask the chicken to be well done, they don't. When I let them know I asked for well done I get an attitude and make me wait upto 20 minutes for them to get the order correct. Also they no longer put sesame seeds or onions.
I ordered through Uber Eats, and after a good 30 minutes they just decided to cancel my order. I get it can be overwhelming some times with all the costumers coming in, especially during rush hour. However, at least try to get the job done, please
Always a quick fast food spot on the way home. The staff is always friendly. The food is hot when I get it home. I usually order a combo xl with habanero chicken and teriyaki chicken. The spring rolls are pretty decent and come with a sauce.
