If I could give zero stars I would. After the food arrived by a very grumpy delivery driver, we plated up and on trying the food is was cold and dry like it had been left to sit there. The prawn crackers were stale. The hoisin sauce for the duck was, cold and tasted off like vinegar. The only thing that was edible was the chips.. We contacted food hub who liased with the takeaway who said if we returned the food we could have a refund if we contacted them directly which I was happy to do. On contacting them they refused the refund on the grounds the food had been opened and tried how else would we know it was cold and inedible? Don't order from this place, if I could score it minus I would. Waited over an hour for the food arrived cold. curry was congealed and for a house special there was very badic not what was expected sweet and sour sauce was set, Satay Chicken was under cooked, I called to complain to be told because we had tried the food I wouldnt get a refund, the young lady on the phone was only doing her job by relaying the message from her boss but after I asked to talk to him she hung up on me I have continuously called she just hangs up on me, called from another phone she was rude and hung up. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Some of the best chow mein and spring rolls I've ever had . The delivery driver is so rude though . Short changed me too because he had to wait 40sec for me to get to the front door then lied and said it took me 5-10mins to get there . Good thing I have a ring doorbell otherwise he may have been able to gaslight me . Keep making great food, maybe get a different driver though
A very poor experience. We went in to take away, waited for a long time, and then got the wrong order (although the team very apologetically replaced it). When we came home, we had some of the food but couldn’t even continue because it was really not tasty. Some of it bland, some full-on made me feel sick.

Disgusting, the food tasted as if it was all drowned in oil for 24 hours, the prawn cracker. They were as dry as a fresh sponge still in a packet, absolutely poor and awful, I felt like a homeless could cook better than these people in the kitchen. I WILL NOT be returning again. Thanks you
The manger is very rude I waited 2 hrs for no food to arrive and I asked to speak to the manger and he refused to come on the phone. I received no phone call or apology of them I had to contacted the delivery people for a refund
Not enough sauce in curries , too much onions (not the only Chinese that do this) I like onions just way too many too bulk up, could be more flavour in sauce too, bit bland. Rice is good, id ear that alone
Food quality and quantity gone down hill. Cost of living I would expect Hong Kong style chicken to have chicken in it all batter. Have been going here for six years sorry you have lost our custom.

Very poor quality small portions sweet and sour tastes like vinegar, crispy beef soft and chewy,spring rolls soft not cooked properly never order again waste of money
