First time had food at Yuan’s Chuan Chuan Xiang, the food was so tasty. My friend and I ordered Double flavour pot soup base with some stick vegetables and meat. The spicy soup was really authentic Sichuan style hot and non-spicy soup was very tasty with strong flavour. I love the non-spicy soup so much even though spicy is my favourite. My friends and I recently visited Yuan’s China Chuan Xiang for dinner and we had very good experience there. This is a place where you are eating hotpot but instead of putting everything in the pot you actually have the meat and other vegetables on a skewer stick and put the stick into the pot to be cooked. They have a sauce bar where you could mix your own sauce as you desire. Given that taste of food is a very personal thing I think I’ll just say that we liked the food there. The service was also very good. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and were always on the look out for our needs.
This is a great spot for family hotpot, offering a variety of fresh meat, fish, and vegetable options. They have a unique $0.99 skewer system that allows you to customize your meal to your liking. The restaurant is very spacious and clean, with friendly and attentive service. We were able to order a half meat and half vegetarian pot to accommodate our family's dietary preferences. It is a great to be there with whole family, they have quite big space. The food is super good. It is suitable for people eat spicy or non spicy. They use the homemade hotpot soup base which is very tasty. You should go there and try it out! experience the real sichuan hotpot. My kids love to be there since there are panda sculptures at the front of the door.
This restaurant is one of my favorite Chinese hotpot in Vancouver.The ingredients are good,fresh,well marinated.The fried popcorn chicken is my favorite appetizers.Mhala spicy soup is tasty.The dipping sauce are variety for mixed and match by yourself style.
Came here cause sister in law saw mike Chen strictly dumpling blogger) come here so we copied. They have a small can of seasame seed oil for sauces. Meats were good. Veggy were good. Make you own sauce. Came out super full. You pick your items on a iPad .
