This Chinese restaurant goes above and beyond the norm. Every dish I tried was incredibly delicious, and the flavors were superb. I appreciate that they always accommodate my specific requests, whether it be for extra sauce or customizing a dish. If a Chinese restaurant can't master staples like hot and sour soup or crispy dumplings, it's unlikely I would trust them to get anything else right. I wouldn't bother trying anything else on the menu if they couldn't nail those dishes.
