We ordered a big set for a birthday. Original variations around traditional makis, revisited with talent for the greatest pleasure of eyes and taste buds. Also offers Japanese beers, including a (very good) japon brewing (rare) it is nice to get out of the beaten paths and sempiteral sushis of real Japanese restaurants. a special mention for taking care to report all allergens on a table.
fans of sushi and Japanese cuisine, we stopped at yuzu thinking we could eat there. Actually, no, it's not a restaurant but a catererer. No serious, the nice lady has prepared us a big bag to take away for a pic nique with the wood of the shaize!!!! what a pleasure to taste to all these makis, nigiris and other skewers : everything is fresh and delicious !!!! again a big thank you !!!!!
After several days of mussels and pancakes, we are happy to go to sushi. and what sushi! We took a chirashi and makis: a delight, original makis and full of flavors, made by a young and dynamic sushi master, trained and graduated. we would have returned if we had stayed on the island longer:-)
