Very annoying, I ordered online on the Yuzu website after an hour of waiting they sent me a text to say that my order will be there in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later I receive a text telling me that my order is canceled. I call the restaurant and they tell me it's a bug and they don't know what to tell me or what to do A credit could have made all the difference, very poor customer service. Even if it is an online bug via an intermediary you must still retain your customers
Upd. I had to correct my opinion. Unfortunately, it's been a few weeks since I saw the changes in this place. And it's not to my taste as much as for the flavor of the dishes, as much as for the service. A few times I ordered takeout. The staff is always friendly and smiling.
