Please be aware that the VG combo is not actually vegan, as it contains mayonnaise made with eggs, which is not disclosed on the menu. The sushi chef was very accommodating and ensured that my seafood didn't come into contact with the preparation surface. However, she didn't quite comprehend when I explained that I was vegan. My order was processed quickly, but the taste of the food was average. The rice crumbled easily when exposed, rendering it inedible. I hope they reconsider their recipes and introduce a standout vegan option. Due to the issues with the menu, the team at Osti de Végan rates it 1 star out of 5, as there is a significant risk of unknowingly consuming eggs.
This is a chain restaurant. Claiming fast food with grab and go bento and sushi boxes, etc. When ordered the poke bowl to go, was told the wait was 20 minutes. At 30 minutes, the food still wasn 't ready. I asked the staff, then they made it. Ineffective expectation management, and they did not provide any status update. I had to ask for an update, then they expedited. They said they were busy fulfilling online pick up orders. Still, taking 30 minutes to make a standard poke bowl took too long. Many other poke bowl places in Canada and USA all took anywhere between 3 to 15 minutes. The price is not competitive either. Go elsewhere for poke bowl.
The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The service is friendly, but it tends to be quite slow. While the sushi feels a bit pricey, the food is tasty overall—except for the General Tao, which didn't quite hit the mark.

The girls at the counter are really nice ; the sushi by cr account is not the best but sometimes I prefer to have a sushi than a burger at Harvey's
I often order from yuzu never go to this yuzu worst quality standard ever received from me 60 in the trash literally
