I'm pretty sure I've found my new go-to spot for drinks and snacks after a long workday. This is somewhat surprising since I’m not usually a fan of hard liquor, but the on-tap beer selection is fantastic, featuring a great variety of local microbreweries. Every brew I try is always enhanced by the delicious items I order from the happy hour menu. Dining here is simply excellent. On top of an extensive drink and food menu, it’s one of the few bars I would describe as cozy. It's just as easy to unwind here with a partner as it is with a group of friends. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, truly inviting anyone who wants to stop by. As I mentioned, I think I've found my new favorite spot!
Wanted a quick lunch and stopped by this restaurant randomly. The first thing I noticed is that it was EMPTY in the midst of lunch rush. Usually never a good sign. I'm so glad that did not turn out to be true because the food was great!!! The food was flavorful and service friendly. The chicken abode and tilapia were spot on and juicy. The rice was a little on the mushy side and I wasn't a big fan of the yucca fries (tasted too dense and oily). Other than that, it was a great experience.
We recently stopped in here for lunch on a recommendation and couldn’t have been happier! We had the empanadas for an appetizer (Beef), One of the days lunch specials (grilled plantains shrimp and pork), the Cuban sandwich mojito‘s. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, friendly, attentive wait staff and fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend!
service was very warm and welcoming. I ordered the guava glazed salmon, yellow rice, black beans and sweet plantain. very tasty! they must have dessert. warm sponge cake absolutely delicious. Amazing food!! We had a small gathering at Yale University the location is close by, they dropped off and catered for 40 people. The food was fantastic. We would highly recommend if anyone is looking for Cuban food. The empanadas, dumplings, chorizo stuffed potato balls and plantains were a crowd favorite!!
What an incredible dining experience! The restaurant is small, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. The food was out of this world; every bite was perfectly seasoned, leaving us wanting more. The waitstaff took the time to explain each dish and were very attentive to our needs.
This is absolutely one of the most pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am exceedingly glad. They preserve their high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You are always happy with this restaurant. Highly recommended.
