I have been a regular customer at this Zaraffas location since it first opened and have always been impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. Today, I ordered a tall Almond milk Latte through the drive-thru, which was served at the perfect temperature as always. What's more, I received this drink for free thanks to their fantastic loyalty rewards program. Cheryl, the store manager, even went the extra mile by stirring in one of my equal tablets for me.
Never again! This place has totally gone down hill in the last 4 or so months. Staff don't know what they are doing and they are always out of the things I like. Seems they forget to order stock! The staff used to be happy and friendly but now they look as if they don't want to be there. Weak coffee.
We made a pit stop at this restaurant while walking our dog. We sat outside and the staff kindly provided us with complimentary water for our furry friend since we had forgotten his bottle. They even gave us some free dog treats! The staff were very polite and the coffee was excellent.
The coffee is great although a bit pricey ..surprising that the Grande coffees only have one shot in them and costs you for an extra shot other wise tastes like flavoured milk ..always drive through and the staff are always friendly Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming. The drinks are excellent and there were no mistakes in our order. The staff at the drive-thru had very clear voices.
Best local coffee plus Drive thru ease. Not the cheapest but worth the price. Mature staff. Can be slow at peak times like early morning
Coffee is so diluted and food overall average. If looking for good coffee definitely should give this a miss. Even Mccafe beat it.
