I ordered online through google maps. After placing my order I received an email from “eat street”. Supposedly I was to be able to track my order with eat street’s tracking service. An hour passed and the tracking still displayed that it was being prepared. I reached out to eat street, which is a pain because they only communicate via “live chat”. I requested a refund and they informed me I needed to contact the location so that the store could issue the refund. I reached out to the store and spoke with a woman who was extremely friendly.
