After 30 minutes, I checked on our food, only to find out the kitchen had never received our order! This is unbelievable, especially since we were the only patrons for the first 25 minutes. You would think they'd pay attention to their only customers. The service was awful, and the food was mediocre at best. We ordered pulled pork and brisket, both of which were very disappointing. I will say the employee was really nice. Chill environment so it's a good place to sit and eat rather than grab a carry out. The food was okay. The rib kabobs were not well flavored. The slab of ribs still had the skin on it so possible the restaurant didn't clean them. Rolls were average, but at least they were soft. Coleslaw lacked flavor. I think the person cooking needs to start tasting their own food.
I lived in TN much of my life, where BBQ is HUGE. I have had all kinds. This Zukin 's location has AMAZING FOOD! We are addicted to their food. We visit almost weekly. Ribs were tough. Requested extra sauce, did not receive. Fried pickles were under cooked and greasy. I love the Lincoln Park location. This location was disappointing. Will give them another chance but if still not up to the other locations quality will not give them a third chance.Food: 3/5
This place is awesome. I ordered the southern chicken dinner and a side of Mac and cheese. The chicken, mac and cheese, and potato salad were incredible. Service was great and the place was very clean. Overall very impressed
The manager at the front was fantastic, and the food was even better! Everything was absolutely delicious. They have a nice bar and a pleasant outdoor patio area. Their mac and cheese is incredibly good!
