The Zum Goldenen is a wonderful little restaurant just down the street from the Welcome Inn in Kloten. When I first walked past I thought it might be too expensive as it looked so openly elegant from the street. After a long walk looking unsuccessfully for a small meal in a nice ambiance, I returned and inquired. The menu features mostly Swiss food and special hamburgers, the proprietor said, graciously translating the menu. I was with my best friend looking for a restaurant in kloten, as the steakhouse was already fully booked. so they're on the golden tor. here we were immediately taken by the very attentive service in reception and accompanied to a table. these are very lovingly covered. we chose a sauvignon blanc and for eating there were salmon, tomato cream soup, bark startar and the golden pfännli. all the dishes were freshly prepared and decorated very nicely.We were also asked several times if we were satisfied with eating and if we could do something for us. all on a very empathic art and wise. as good as here we have not yet in the steakhouse in kloten.
a simple restaurant with very friendly service and cozy atmosphere inside, as well as outside. in culinary view very recommended. for example, a tartar is served after wishing the customer and the dehydrated bread is brought to the point. I consider this restaurant as "very good," because it has improved considerably since the new takeover and is very open to constructive suggestions for improvement.
I was in the april 2015 several times for lunch in the golden tor. we were served every time attentively and also family. the meal times have mouthed delicious and they were also decorated with engagement from the cook => a lob to the chef -:)the possibility that the kitchen is open throughout, gives my guess a strong plus point.

Da es sich um ein Restaurant handelt, kann man hier nicht übernachten! Ich wurde gezwungen, eine Übernachtung zu geben! Das ist nicht wahr! Ich habe gegessen! Die asiatischen Gerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Eating is not really good. half of the order is lost on the way to the kitchen! quality of the food is not really good! fast on a kebap and a beer without all too high demands is ok. go eat - no thanks!
Ich bin mit meinem Freund hingegangen, weil wir Lust auf einen Döner hatten. Einmal - und nie wieder. Schlechte Fleischqualität und der Verkäufer kann den Döner nicht richtig drehen, er zerfällt alles.
Im Menü gab es keine vegetarischen Optionen. Sie waren jedoch sehr hilfsbereit, um eine vegetarische Mahlzeit zu arrangieren. Geschmacklich war es durchschnittlich.
