"The staff at this restaurant may be a bit slow, but that could be due to the aging equipment, as this place has been open for over a decade. It used to operate as a different eatery that served two kinds of fast food. However, the food here is excellent, and the dining area is always well-kept. I was pleasantly surprised when they customized a famous bowl to make it vegetarian-friendly, and they did so without making me feel like I was imposing on them. The staff is truly wonderful, and I wish the restaurant could get some updates, like a fresh coat of paint or new decor. They certainly deserve it."
