"We won't be returning anytime soon! We've been visiting Osaka for family birthdays over the past few years, and we approached tonight with high hopes for a fun evening. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The service was terrible, with just one overwhelmed waitress taking care of multiple tables. Our drinks weren't refilled, and we weren't even offered a special birthday song. When I spoke to the girl at the front desk to express my concerns, she chose to argue with me instead of addressing the issue. To make matters worse, the food was the worst I've ever had there—the lobster had a fishy taste and was unappetizing. We were celebrating three family birthdays, and our disappointment was palpable."
