"I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant and was asked to pull over to the side to wait for my order. After 30 minutes, I decided to go inside to check on my order. The employee told me they were just about to bring it out to me. Two double cheeseburgers and one order of fries without salt should not take 30 minutes to prepare. I would not recommend going to the Krystal on N. Broadway in Knoxville, Tennessee."
