I been her 1 year, and I got to say that I like it. Job on s not hard, I'm a straight truck driver and make deliveries. With a pallet jack and use the lift gate. It can be a little tiring but I just think about it like an exercise. Everyone is helpful and courteous, from the big boss to the dispatchers and drivers. The pay is very good and I never had a problem with any of my pay nor requesting days off. Company provides uniforms and they are always willing to listen to any suggestions and/or concerns. Overall this place is a great place to work for.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with their service. They keep rescheduling my delivery every day, showing a complete lack of professionalism. My package was initially scheduled for delivery in 7 days, but it has been repeatedly postponed. When I try to call for assistance, no one answers, and if they do, they are very rude. I would not recommend using their services.
We had a pallet coming from New York with my company in Denver. It is now going on a month and they have not delivered the pallet. We were promised at least 4 different delivery time and we were also told that our shipment was being expedited. We now missed the Christmas season and I wonder if we will ever get the pallet. This company is terrible to do business with.

I would never recommend using AAA Cooper I have a freight that supposed to be picked up on Monday never got picked up been trying to get my refund since Monday afternoon customer service is horrible
The people here are fantastic—very friendly and professional. Everything is well-organized, and I’ve decided this will be my new freight hub.
