I have ordered from China Star on many occasions, the delivery was fast and the food was great. As of late, however, the delivery time has almost tripled and my order has been incorrect twice. Both times I called and spoke to an extremely rude woman. She refused to try and rectify the situation, blamed the error on me and proceeded to hang up the phone. I am extremely upset with this place and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
There is 3 Chinese places where I live. We only go to one which is Sing Me Kitchen. There was one in Bellmore over by a pizza place. So one day and went over there, and they didn 't have pork fried rice because it was run by Iranians! Screw That. So, today, I went to A&J China Star for the first time, and I got their pork fried riced. It tasted so good, but it was hot and fresh!
I really admire this restaurant! They serve first-class food and have a great menu. The head chef is highly skilled, and I thoroughly enjoy trying all of their dishes. The food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I visit this restaurant frequently and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it!
Placed an order at 6:26 and had the order confirmed. 7:30 and still no food. After trying to call multiple times, no answer! Tried to cancel order and. no response over email or calls! Thank god we opted to pay with cash!! Will never order from again! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is the absolute best Chinese place around. Really great deals for their lunch special that gives you an amazing portion of food for a great price. The workers are always friendly and nice whenever I come in.
Food is great. Service is awful though. They answer the phone less than half the time I call, and as a student with a short lunch period, that is essential.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is fresh, and the customer service is excellent. Great job overall!
