The combo featured a diverse selection of items: **Pita:** They bake their pita longer than most places, resulting in a consistent puff that doesn’t flatten, resembling a crusty bread roll. The outside has a somewhat hard crust, while the inside remains moist from the steam and maintains that signature soft and tender texture. **Toum:** This is some of the best toum I’ve ever tasted. It has a robust garlic flavor without much filler, almost more like a paste than the usual gel-like or mayo consistency. It has a slight green hue, likely from not removing the garlic shoots, and I detected a hint of black pepper, though it was subtle. **Hummus:** I don’t have much to add other than that this...

A unique eating spot both Yemeni and Lebanese food's on the menu. We visit when first open about 3 year's ago, now a great following of regular customers. The Southend of Dearborn gets no mention in local media and the paid fake foodie's of Dearborn don't visit since they can't get paid. Marvelous platter for 2 could of fed 4 hungry folks easily. They don't skimp like many places a couple pounds of Meat. Kafta, Chicken Tawook, Lamb Kebab, Chicken and Beef Shawarma on a bed of Rice. Comes with Fatoush Salad, Hummus, Toum and Hot Puffy Bread. A marvelous Lentils Soup for the Win. The owner a Master Chef has 4 great restaurants, we've been to three of them. Easy to find on Wyoming just South of...

I visited this restaurant for a late lunch after exploring the DIA, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience it offered. Given the industrial surroundings, I didn't expect such a hidden gem that truly exceeded my expectations. The service, presentation, flavor, and pricing were all exceptional. I ordered what was described as a cup-sized portion of lentil soup, and it turned out to be the most flavorful I've ever tasted! The servings here are quite generous; a small Chicken Fatoosh salad was more than enough, extremely fresh, hearty, and lightly dressed with authentic Mediterranean flavors. The chicken on top was perfectly seasoned and cooked. We will definitely return soon...

Excellent meal all around! Super impressed with this place. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the prices were unbelievable! We ordered: Alnawraw Combo (hummus, baba, tabouli): Tabouli was legit no filler, just lots and lots of fresh parsley and the usual other ingredients. Fresh and deliciously made. Lamb Grape Leaves: Tender, perfectly cooked, and super flavorful. Haneeth chicken: We wanted the lamb version, but they didn't have it, which was a bummer. But the chicken was delicious and the half was plenty for us. Saltah: Never had this dish before, but amazing flavor for only having veggies and spices. Delicious! The portions were huge, the flavors were bold, and the prices were amazing.... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Went here for brunch and it was absolutely delightful. My friend and I ordered their Fahsa and Yemeni Meat Gallaya. It was worth it! They start you off with middle eastern bread on the table and seat you promptly. Since we ordered their Yemeni foods we decided to also order their tandoor bread (that could be improved) which tasted fine. Their food was actually good. It didn't blow our minds but it wasn't on the lower spectrum it was just an overall good middle ground food. Will be back to try out more.

Authentic Yemeni restaurant gives you a little taste of Yemen when you enter in! All the inside decor is of Yemen. They offer fresh pita bread rolled from the oven along with garlic sauce as free. I order traditional fasheh, which is pulled lamb topped with cheese. The best part was the fresh long pita bread I had from clay oven. There soup can improve. I had the lamb chili which was very dense. Overall, good experience with decent service

The house salad was pretty average, with a few burnt pieces mixed in. The chicken fahsa was different from what I expected; it wasn't as tomato-based and had a moderate level of heat. As for the chicken gallaya, it was just okay—my husband wasn't particularly impressed with it either. The rice was decent, and my husband said it was the best part of the meal. The hummus was acceptable as well.
