if you are amateurs or lovers of exotic cuisine, this establishment remains in my sense the best address in the country. a quality kitchen (out of beef, shrimp, ravioli soup, etc.). are prepared with great care .ma profession allows me to browse the france , and since my earliest childhood I have been initiated in Chinese cuisine, Thai .... For an Asian change this establishment is perfect, it would only be missing the push-to-push on the sidewalk! a warm welcome like there, a room where the red rutilating dominates up to the ceiling with its unmissable dragon and finally.... the small refined dishes carefully presented in a range suitable for all tastes and scholarships. we found ourselves by chance at the ankor and not accustomed to attending Asian cuisine restaurants, we were pleasantly surprised. the frame is original, refined and comfortable. the very friendly manager makes us comfortable right away and done everything so that we can enjoy a pleasant moment. We tasted the nems, pineapple chicken, lemon chicken and garlic frogs. We enjoyed it and will be happy to return to it during our next visit to troyes.
the boss not very nice, we took the menu at 13.50€ = flat entrance . no drink , no dessert . 2 chicken nms, or is the chicken? pork jump to vegetables, or are the vegetables? fine slices of pork with soybean germs, and some julian carrot battons. fortunately there is rice, which has no flavor ( frozen). decorating role for the room, carpet on the floor not clean I wouldn't be back there

I never miss going to angkor! The boss is extremely friendly and always in good mood. The dishes are fresh, cooked home and always very good! my companion, vegetarian may have had a spring roll without meat and without having previously reserved. Rather badly located, the angkor deserves to force itself to a small extra step. I highly recommend!

being in troyes we discovered this restaurant. The boss is very friendly and full of humor, the dishes are very good and hearty. The homemade banana dough was excellent.
