Located in a strip mall with ample free parking, Antica Trattoria 's decor has a cozy, authentic Italian feel with different textures and al fresco style paintings on the walls. There is some limited outdoor seating looks like seating left over from Covid days in the parking lot). The music was a little loud and non fitting, but the atmosphere was vibrant. The food was good and portions were generous. I always judge a restaurant by its bread and this restaurant had excellent bread! Very fresh and doughy I could have eaten the whole basket! The freshly made generous portion of tiramisu for dessert was also excellent. $13, May 2023) Service was swift and committed a few 'faux pas ' in my book....
Good service but honestly very disappointing food for the price. The salad shown in the picture was eleven dollars and honestly the Caesar dressing was overly sweet. Again. 11 dollars for that. 23 dollars for pasta with zero protein. The food tastes fine but is absolutely overpriced. Our table was by the kitchen and I noticed they also just had a bottle of glaze just sitting out in a generic brand bottle. The glaze they charge you excessive amounts for as if it's home made as a wine reduction. The food is fine. The service was great. But it's excessively expensive when it's not food worth being such.
Antica Trattoria is a long-time favorite of ours, and this trip measured up to all the good times past. It was particularly BUSY, so service was a bit slower than desirable...and noise level was high...but the total experience was great. I had a salmon dish worth writing a column of glowing description. Mark had the short ribs and was basking in a happy glow as well. Because it was busy and crowded, we even had a chance to make friends with a near-by table as we compared our delicious food and wine.
We enjoyed Antica for a recent dinner. The place is popular. The dining room is not real big but it has a pleasant buzz. Lots of families enjoying dinner together. Our server did a good job. She was clearing having a rough night. But that happens. The pasta dishes like the burrata ravioli were all well received, if not a touch expensive at an average price of about $25. We have been dining here for years and every meal has been excellent. They have a great selection of wines and cocktails, authentic Italian food that never disappoints and yummy desserts of course. Service is always impeccable. This is for sure my favorite Italian place
Service was great. Despite having a full house and how busy the servers were, they were still attentive and quick to accommodate their tables. Foods and drink were delicious. Highly recommend Antica!
Everything was great! It was definitely busy so I will always make a reservation. But we were extremely happy with the service and the special was perfect for two.
