I had one of the worst dining experiences today at this restaurant. I have been here a few times before and the service has never been this bad. I ordered a medium rare steak but received a burnt one instead. When I questioned the server, I was told that all the steaks were cooked that way. After taking a bite, I noticed a bitter aftertaste and requested a replacement, only to receive another overcooked steak. It became apparent that the grill had likely not been cleaned properly, resulting in the second burnt steak. Despite arriving at 8pm, I did not receive my food until 9:30pm, leaving me extremely disappointed. No gestures of goodwill were offered, although I did not request any.
It seems like this Applebee's has new management once again. Maybe they should consider putting the manager's photo at the entrance. Despite there being only one person handling takeout orders, the young man did a great job taking orders from walk-ins and delivery services like Uber and DoorDash. The only downside was that when the manager noticed the line getting longer, he didn't check to see if the young man needed help. This could have improved customer satisfaction. However, the manager was assisting with serving tables.
We typically don't dine at Applebee's, but decided to stop in for a quick lunch and were pleased with our experience. The atmosphere felt welcoming and family-friendly. We want to give a special shoutout to our servers, Nicole and Lisa, for their excellent and efficient service. Because of our positive experience, we now make it a point to regularly visit and enjoy a meal at Applebee's. Thank you for the superb service and please keep up the great work!
I am an avid customer at this location. I must say my server Sara L was the bomb! She recommended amazing drinks and she brought our food over quickly. Sara was so happy to help, you can tell she loves what she does. I definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip along with the wonton tacos, they are my favorite. I love that I can come in and be seated quickly. Next time you head there make sure to ask for Sara L .

Needed dinner since it was the weekend and didn't want to cook. So many excellent options I had to ask the server to help me pick. I believe her name was Sara L. The menu selection she suggested was exactly what my family needed. It was delicious and perfect portion and very friendly staff.
This is how my French fries came with my burger , disgusting they have no care about what they serve you , zoom in and look at the miscellaneous burnt fries with in , and yes i paid my bill and still tip , they need to have comp the meal what a turn off , didnt touch the fries at all !
Best experience ever. The server was attentive, quick and very accommodating. Kudos to Sara .L who came to our table and made sure our experience was top notch. We will definitely come back! The service AND the quality of the food made it memorable! thank you
I come here once a month and every time I do, I ask for Sara L. She provides amazing and an outstanding service. She recommends the best drinks for happy hour. The food here is great and my family looks forward to eating here especially when Sara is there.

Make sure you come to the bar and see Nicole ! Very fast and the drinks were great !! She made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire stay ! Overall great experience, The only bummer is I asked for my to go seperate and that was not honored.
