My husband and I came here for a quick dinner last night, before visiting The Hideaway clubdown the road. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendlyservice. The decor is quirky and inviting and we immediately felt comfortable. I love that themenu is quite small and uncomplicated. We chose several starter dishes and two main dishes,which was plenty to fill us up This is not your “run of the mill” Chinese food. Thus is the 3rd time I have visited this location and been missing things from my order. I have a family of six so drive thrus don 't usually appriciate me going through the bags at the window. 2x now we have ordered French dip and not gotten the au just dipping sauce. When I called to tell the manager we are late from something and unable to come back but don 't even want them without the sauce his response was..... they are still plenty good sandwiches without the au jus really????? Did you actually just say that? I 'd like to decide what I like to eat myself thank you and I to often I have given your restaurant FREE MONEY to not receive my orders. Tighten up Wayne rd. You should be ashame...
My experience at Arby's was truly amazing. We ordered our food quickly and I asked for a Half pound French dip, even though they no longer have it on the menu. The cashier added 3 oz of meat to my sandwich, which was a nice surprise. I also got another sandwich and paid with cash. The total came to $20.63, but when I gave her a $20 bill and a $5 bill, she only made me pay $20. She was very kind and generous. Our food came out fast and it was piping hot. The au jus was the best I've ever had at an Arby's. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was the best I've ever had at an Arby's. I would rate it 11/10.
ok the photos will speak for themselves and if I didn't have a fresh sandwich I honestly still give it 1 star, cleanliness was a 3 of the bathroom to the dining room, stocked dining room is a 3 just because of cleanliness. also several times I saw how the customers of the dining room run around without as much as we will be with them, i.e. the black fibers all in my pop, because no one obviously let the nozzles clean and that almost threw me up

The portion sizes at this restaurant were disappointing. The sliders were tiny and looked like they were folded in half with only one piece of meat. The chicken sandwich was more like a small nugget. The regular Bratbeef classic was also not good. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.
On December 6, 2022, at 6 PM, I ordered fries and a big burger from this restaurant. However, when I got home, the fries were cold and burnt, and the burger was the same. The restaurant was not close to where I live, which was disappointing.
Daniel is so friendly..I used to work customer service for years so I know what it takes and everytime I come to Arby's on Saturday nights after a great workout Daniel provides great customer service ..thanks Daniel
Went thru the drive thru today and ordered the new steakhouse waygu burger. So dissatisfied with the shredded limp soggy lettuce and absolutely no onions included.....I don't no if this is worth it!!!!

The oil for the fryer hasn't been changed so the fries were gross. Brown and nasty. In the garbage they went..
