earlier on the day, before lunch, so the trip was not too safe. they forgot my fries, and my sandwich was cold and there was no sauce as desired. I wanted to go back or go in, now that the lobby is open to correct the error, but it was secured until then and it was not worth waiting. I'll eat fast. it looks like employees don't care anymore. they would rather play on their phones, or with each other, instead of working, and I don't just refer to this restaurant.
It’s usually a hit or miss when I come to this location when it comes to customer service, but today Cynthia was there and this woman needs a raise. She was so kind and seemed happy to be there.
