I have eaten at many restaurants and many different Arby's locations. Of all the places I have ever been, this location has the most polite, kind courtesy staff I have ever met. I often eat here and have not been disappointed. They are excellent with orders. Food is well prepared. Excellent service. Keep up the fabulous work all of you!
It's quite challenging to give a high rating to a fast food restaurant, but Arby's has consistently impressed us. We have never had a bad meal there. If you order your fries without salt, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The Arby's on Fluvanna Ave is probably the best location to visit—they've always gotten our orders right.
Food was a bit bland .just seemed not as juicy as I remembered the roast beef was kinda dry and the staff seemed unhappy.Perhaps a bad day . I'd like to get home sweating au jus sauce
This place WAS great until 8/12 at 1:30pm. The person taking my drive thru order was extremely rude and condescending with my order. I will not eat here until they are gone. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had to wait almost 10 minutes for then to bring out our order. Assuming we were waiting on chicken. Fries were cold and not even close to full in the containers.
In my opinion, this Arby's has consistently delivered a great experience in every way. I visited the drive-thru, and the service was prompt.
We ordered a large curly fries, and here's what we received. It feels like they're taking advantage of take-out customers!
