However, when I got home and checked my receipt, I realized that I was charged for the bag after all! This brings me to two points: 1. There should be an English proficiency test for employees who interact with the public. 2. When will Corporate Canada take a stand against this absurd interference from politicians? And when will Canadians, especially those in Edmonton, take a stand against such nonsense? I am determined to make my voice heard. After being a loyal customer of Arby's for over 30 years, I will no longer purchase anything from them until they stop participating in this foolishness. I went to Arby's for lunch, but I won’t be returning. My beef and cheddar sandwich was soggy and unappealing, with cheese sauce dripping from all sides. As for the beef—if it can truly be called that—it didn’t look appetizing and was piled awkwardly in the center of the flat bun, leaving the edges bare. I managed to eat about 75% of the sandwich, but only because I was hungry; I didn’t really enjoy the experience and doubt I’ll come back. I also ordered a side of poutine, which had lukewarm gravy that didn’t even melt the cheese curds. It was edible, but not enjoyable. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful.
Terrible I used to like going here during the day but I decided to stop in evening before work around 9:53pm just ordered a sandwich before my bus arrives to not be outside later at night the lady took my order asked me to stay or go I said stay she said ok at 9:56pm I got my sandwich and the lady told me oh to stay sorry we’re closed now hummm it’s not ten but ok if I knew I couldn’t stay for 4-5 mins to eat a sandwich I wouldn’t have ordered i would have went somewhere eles so I literally had to eat my sandwich out side and it was cold as ever thanks guys won’t be back ever again unfortunately
Hands down the worst Arby's in Existence. The food quality was so bad I wouldn't feed it to my cat. Everything was ice cold and probably made 6hrs ago. When I called the restaurant the female manager on Duty June 23 at 630pm was absolutely rude and denied said I was wrong and they're fries are fresh within a minute. That's a hard lie. So do yourself a favor and never visit this location again. That manager showed me everything I need to know. So so so rude. If I was Arby's she wouldn't be working for me.
The food was fantastic! Even my picky eaters found something they liked on the menu! However, the staff appeared to be a bit uninformed and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. Additionally, the tables were in need of some attention, but I suppose that's fairly common these days.
I've consistently enjoyed great food from this restaurant and have always been satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, with this order, I couldn't drink my soda because I'm diabetic, and I received root beer instead of Coke Zero.
The curly fries were just small, broken pieces, clearly from the bottom of the batch. The cheese sticks were deep-fried, but unfortunately, half of the cheese oozed out. On the bright side, the slider was quite good!
The mozzarella sticks were a bit dry, but everything else was typical Arby's—decent overall.
