Food was absolutely amazing today! The cashier was ok, seen my food on the counter longer than I wanted to (drive thru). But he wasn 't rude, I wasn 't rude. They forgot my fork, but again, no rude interaction between any of us. The girl bagging the food was super pleasant, and when I asked about my fork, oops, I am so sorry! And real quick to get it. No snarky attitude. So I don 't see my item in the auto-list for review. GET THE LOADED MAC AND CHEESE! It is super delicious, and that 's why I needed the fork! White cheddar (I think) Mac and cheese, some ranch, chicken, and bacon. Yummy!
Absolutely delicious. Best fast food by far. Chicken bacon Swiss is the best sandwich you can buy at a fast food place. Also they have tye best crinkle fries anywhere. Yiu can bring them home and heat them and they still taste good unlike most other fast food fries that are like cardboard once they get cold
Very disappointed. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches with no lettuce, no tarter sauce. Both had lettuce and tarter. Also took 20 minutes in the drive thru at 2pm on Friday afternoon. I hope this was a 1 time deal or we will have to choose somewhere else.
Waited 30 min in drive thru for a roast beef sandwich meal .and there was no one there .and than the food was cold .unbelievable..

Everything was tasty, there was a little too much sauce on the steak and pepper sandwich. It was messy. Tasty but too messy.

Food, service and the appearance of store were all great. The cookies were also very delicious.
Love Arby's but way too much sauce had it to go so it's pretty wet by the time I got home
