Worst service at any Arby 's I 've been to in my life. I love Arby 's and am a regular customer so I was shocked with the way this location operates. I came at 8:35 pm this evening to get some dinner for 3 people. I wanted a roast beef double classic andwas told there is no more roast beef tonight by an employee named Lele. If they close at 10 why don 't they have the meats? When I asked for a brisket combo I asked for sweet tea and I was told the same thing no more sweet tea tonight.. so I decided tojust get the sandwich. She took this as me canceling my order for chicken nuggets for some reason so I had to go back throughthe line again when we finally realized down the road.. I went back t...
It's been awhile since I've had Arby's, but have enjoyed it in the past. I was driving near this location today and thought I'd treat myself to lunch. I normally get a classic meal but was curious of the new Diablo meal (love spicy food! . So I get thatmeal and a caramel cinnamon shake. Sandwich? Literally a mouthful of roast beef in the center, chopped jalapeños in the boxinstead of the sandwich, cold cheese, stringy lettuce, and sauce scattered in the box. Curly fries? Left in fryer far too long crunch! Caramel cinnamon shake? I received a vanilla shake with cinnamon sprinkles on top. Needless to say, if I decide togive Arby's another try, it definitely won't be at this location. Pitiful....
No, Asus! I was told that the "AFTER" ordered a French Dip Sub. Am I seriously supposed to believe that? After I paid and received my order at the window, I noticed that I had to ask where my Asus sauce was. I got a response from a staff member saying that they hadn't had Asus sauce for weeks. Thank you for letting me know that a different item would have been more appropriate than just the regular beef and bread. On a positive note, their milkshakes are always really good!
First of all. I ordered 5 beef and cheddars. One plain roast beef. One medium orange shake. Came to $38 and some change. All the beef and cheddars were smashed and didnt have but a dab of cheese and sauce on them. I didn't get my receipt or my right changeback. Seems to me that orders to go aren't that important. The food is occasionally undercooked, or some items are forgotten entirely. Additionally, the owner and management don't staff enough front-line employees, resulting in an average wait time of about 15 minutes. This is rather slow for a fast food restaurant.
Register broken inside for 3 weeks so drive up only? Saw the sign on the door, didn?t bother. Fix your register or close until you can be bothered to.
The fries were crispy and warm, and the sandwich was delicious. Great job, Arby's team! My special instructions were followed perfectly.
