What a lovely place! we were greeted at the door quickly, and although they were busy, they were quick to clean a table for us right by the window, where we had hoped to be. We were greeted at the table by whom I think may have been the manager, and quickly we were on our way with delicious decisions to make. There seem to be an issue in the kitchen, but our food was still very timely. We only knew that was the case because it was communicated to the table next to ours. Our first time at The Green Leaf Grill and it was terrific! Went with a dining out club from Lexington and all eight in our group thought the same way. A nice menu with a change of pace with items that you don't typically see. Had the smoked pork ribeye on a suggestion from Justin who was behind the bar. Tender, with a nice smoke flavor and a wonderful poblano cream sauce. The drunkin shrimp appetizer- spot on. Good drink selections, service was tops, especially since they were packed (on a Wednesday! Kudos to Natasha who couldn't be more accommodating taking care of our group. Will be back again soon and well worth the hour drive! Charlie
Our daughter moved to this area recently, and this was our first time at the restaurant. Four of us dining, and all of our meals were great. Well prepared, tasty, good sides, the appetizers were very good, and the drinks were well done also. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great service. Overall, it was fantastic. Well worth the price of the meals.
My wife and I both enjoyed our dinners. I had the Oyster Platter with sweet potato fries and rice with gumbo appetizer, and the oysters were awesome. The food Service are Fantastic; they have the best spinach dip from the Key Wet to Main, and every dish I had was perfectly prepared, a place you must visit... multiple times
Great food! My server, James, was verry attentive. I ordered the hamburger with sweet potato fries. Both were so so good! The fries had some very yummy seasoning on them.
Excellent food and service. The French Onion Soup is awesome. We're definitely going to dine there again and again. We highly recommend Green Leaf!

Food was great particularly the gumbo. Out of grapefruit juice. Ordered screwdriver instead and was very weak.
