I went to this Arby's last night to eat at home for 7 people (including cup taste toys). The staff was fantastic and incredibly polite. And... they are the first fast food restaurant to make my weekly order right in at least one month. I'm back! Update:. Google has asked me to update my review. It's been a year and I've only had good experiences here
Long wait in the drive thru, I get it, everyone's short handed. The fried items, fries, jalapeno poppers, and chicken tenders were all overdone, even burned. One tender was inedible. The ribs sandwich was good, but looked nothing like the one advertised.Also didn't get the sauces that we're asked for. Overall, a bad experience
Though there were 10 cars ahead of me, the line moved quickly, and they had all the advertised food available. The staff was friendly and professional. I noticed there were only about three or four employees working, but they managed everything efficiently. Great job! By the way, the Smokehouse Rib Sandwich is fantastic.
