We spent 4 nights in this hotel with half board. The room is very good and the same for the bathroom. A rather spacious shower. The nights have been perfect, we just hear the shower of other customers slightly but nothing very serious! Breakfast is very varied, sweet/salted. Evening meals were a delight each time, it is well served and very good. The hotel has lockers for skiing which is very convenient. Let us finish by the hotel’s masters who are of great kindness and friendliness. The hotel’s maintenance is done with love and this makes it felt! We really feel like it at home. except on holiday! I recommend this hotel for anyone!
A huge thank you to Elodie and Bertrand for their welcome, smile, kindness and kindness. We spent a week with family in winter in very clean premises. The pool and sauna are very pleasant after a long ski outing. The lounge bar area is well decorated. Evening meals are excellent. Like breakfast. All in a mountain chalet atmosphere. Nice discovery. I strongly recommend. Access to the city centre in 4 min max thanks to the numerous shuttles. And in addition a charging station of 20 kw allowing to be depopulated on site!!! Thank you for taking part in this beautiful winter holiday with family.
Hotel Arc en Ciel is the best hotel in Chatel , they have very nice rooms, a more than friendly staff, a very good restaurant, a swimming pool, a nice bar and outside hot tub. In the cellar of the Hotel you find a ski shop to rent your ski equipment. You will get the best advice available here. There are parking places in front of the hotel and the bus to the ski resort will stop every 30 min. You can also start skiing on the Barbesine ski lift next-door to the Hotel. Again this is the number one family hotel in Chatel !!
We came seven years ago. Nothing has changed if not better! Extra clean hotel and tastefully renovated rooms. Excellent service, Elodie and Bertrand are always as helpful and welcoming. We were in half board for the week: breakfast very well and high-quality dinners and always a nice presentation effort. Brief 5/5 for this week of armoured February on Châtel. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of the direct access to the slopes by snowfall this year.
