At the end of our meal, when we asked if she would remove the charge for the wine, she initially refused, blaming us for drinking half the glass. After some back and forth, she eventually agreed to remove the charge in full, but her attitude had already soured the experience for us. We have been loyal customers of Armand's since their days in Elmwood Park, but we were appalled by the lack of respect and professionalism shown to us. We were not confrontational or disrespectful in any way, and there is no excuse for being treated in such a manner.

best pizza in the suburbs. learned from this place from the book pizza city usa. the pizza nowa is exceptional and we drive 35 minutes from here to order from here. the price for this delicious pizza is very reasonable. Love the non-red sose options they have and have tried almost all the options without a single bad experience. many places will serve them a fat flare, but they don't have to worry about stuffed arteries of armands. enjoy a wonderful experience and get a pizza nova.
Service was fantastic and the pizza was delicious! I heard their baked classic were excellent so I had to try them. They were a little too gritty for me. I've had better. But I do have to say that the eggplant stack was fantastic. It was drizzled with balsamic and was built like a tower with a a fried eggplant slice, then a slice of tomato and on top was a slice of fresh mozzarella and it was repeated 3 more times.
They were out of capers for the chicken picata which all worked out because the chicken parmesan was one of the best I have ever had. Huge portion- 2 hungry adults were well fed with one order. Cheese pizza made the kids happy. Only issue were the 3 separate occasions of breaking dishes/glasses when staff was clearing tables around us.

Pizza ovens weren’t working but besides that the wait for food was long and to top it off the food itself was awful and EXPENSIVE. Take your $200 you’d end up spending here to a different restaurant with much better quality. No wonder other locations have closed down recently.
This restaurant is the only place where I have been able to find Italian Melrose peppers filled with blue cheese. The price is outstanding because you receive a large portion for an appetizer. You must try it out because I highly recommend it.
The food tastes pretty good even when it arrives to you cold. Almost 3 hours for a simple delivery of 2 small pizzas seems alittle excessive. Hopefully this was only a small slip up because this is unacceptable.
The salads were fantastic! I wasn't a fan of their western pizza, but the eggplant parmigiana sandwich was okay. However, I absolutely loved their pasta fazioli soup. The service was excellent.

My 2nd day in a row getting these Buffalo wings via crispy for lunch,and man,the cook does not disappoint. Clean,and chill establishment. An appetizer worth getting. $9.81 for 10wings..
we ordered the departure on Tuesday for their bogo free thin crust pizza. the crust was thin and crispy, well made and delicious. it's a damn deal for good tasting cake.
