now, I have booked online with a notiz that says that my daughter's birthday. we have no table ready to wait for us, two tables were simply pushed near the door. ends up asking how it was too cold, with the...draft coming through. manager brought us to a beautiful stand and was beautiful. on Tuesday here with my daughter, first we ordered drinks, I ordered a cup English tee, now they had no teessacks, although you are a tesco superstore! I had slender king prawns and my daughter had trio arancini. what was good, but my king prawns came on brot, who stayed on the floor of the teller and the garnels were very hard when we had asparagus and pancetta carbonara, that was presented to us warm on the one side and cold on the other the sose had completely dried and the pancetta was krispy we were back over hours in the restaurant there were only other tables there with
We had a booking for of us including two children. We arrived and other patrons said they’d been waiting an hour and a half just to get their drinks. We finally got shown to a table and after no service whatsoever, after mins...we decided to leave. Other people were obviously disgruntled. A waitress was telling people they were no longer taking food orders! They should not have opened if they didn’t have sufficient staff. Completely understand hospitality is struggling at the moment but something is very wrong here,
Poppy was very attentive and our food was very good especially the arancini and the chicken and pepper pizza . I was amazed however that some of the serving staff and especially the young lad who bought our food and drinks wore his mask under...his chin . What is the point of that . Either the staff wear masks or just don’t bother . As a vulnerable person I take some comfort when restaurants say that they take precautions but that is no good if managers do not manage .

the personal is friendly and accommodating. Eating is modern bistro style Italian with good size shares. the city is a reasonable choice with vegetarian and vegan for. the choice of drinks is typical and quite reasonable in terms of price design. we were unhurried, even though it was during the time we were busy there. highly recommended if you want to eat a nice one to finish a day shopping (like me) or just friends to meet and cool!

had a buyagift deal for a 3 curs meal for 2 and it was a good choice of courses from a set menu. has allowed us to choose the main menu, as some unavailable elements that were great for diversity. the staff was beautiful, the place was clean and had a nice mood
pasta boiled and tasted from a glass huh pasta dish was in the grunde huhn in brotkrümel and chips not Italian staff was pleasant enough and service good a nice cold peroni was welcome not recommended if they wish authentic Italian cuisine

I'll never be staring, but the service that eats and the ambiente deserves it. the service alone is from a star restaurant. with many competitors this is our second time back and we will be back again. easy to eat.
