We waited ages to be shown to a table, or even be acknowledged! Once we got to a table it took a long time before our orders were taken. Honestly we were debating whether to leave! We missed starters, and just went for mains and ordered our drinks. No one spoke to us and our drinks were delivered at the same time as our food. The restaurant wasn't busy and the staff seemed to be spending more time on their phones than with customers! Everyone was sitting waiting. The people behind us went to the till to get their bill they were fed up waiting for someone to come. The people next to us ordered desserts and waiting so long for them to come that they ended up checking to make sure the waitress...
