Desperately looking for a good fish and chips, googled local businesses around us. Was originally skeptical about it being a 'take away' place rather than just fish and chips, but decided to go there due to reviews. Was simple, cheap and exceptionally quick. From the time we phoned and placed the order, it was ready in 5 minutes, we picked it up and went to the local waterfront park five minutes down the road. Would go back, but don't expect fancy. Instead expect good old fashion local fish and chips.
The best steak sandwich with the lot goin around by the length of the elwick straight cooked to perfection scotch fillet steak melt in your mouth fresh lettuce egg cheese onion and beetroot the blue grenadier was so soft and crumbed just nicely the staff are extremely friendly and polite prices were very fair a huge menu board in size and whats on offer highly recommend trying out the food
The lot burger was yummy! Mexican burger was a little bit plain though. Lots of chips. Was pretty quick and friendly service. It's exactly a fish and chips shop. Not fancy but good.
Definitely value for money. Was surprised that they sell flake here (I have a soft spot for flake). Would love to try out their other food on offer next time.
