After reading the book of alsace in Provence fromanders grøndahl, where at the mill is mentioned as a visit each, we were looking forward to this evening. the service was good and very professional and the wine card was long, but the food was disappointing. We were first served asparagus with 3 different sauces. white asparagus were perfect and sauces were medium. Then we had chicks with potato purée and a mortal salad in a small bowl next to it. dessert was good, just like cheese.
fine and tasteful meals. We took the menu flavor and health the flavors were really at the rendezvous from the entrance to the dessert. We had a very good time in a green and pleasant environment. the service is very well as the advice of the sommelier that made us discover the wines of the terroir. very good address we will return to our return to the region.
it is true a few good dishes but you are kindly asked to leave at some time. no commercial spirit vis-à-vis the customer and even less respect.
