I visit the Valley Plaza about once a week and used to always get a pretzel dog while I was there. However, over the past few months, I've stopped ordering them because they rarely have any ready. Often, they ask you to place an order and wait around 10 minutes, which is simply unacceptable! What has happened to this place? Why can't they just have them on hand for customers who want them immediately? I've discussed this issue with my friends and family, and everyone shares the same concern. They're losing a lot of business, and I fear they might soon disappear from the Valley Plaza due to this decline.
The pretzel was just okay - it was slightly overcooked and the cheese was cold. We noticed that the prices listed on the menu were $2 more than what we were actually charged on the receipt, and we had difficulty understanding how the totals were calculated.
