This place is very unorganized. I ordered a cake for my moms 70th birthday using the online ordering on their website. I placed the order on Jan 25th for Jan 28th pickup. I called on Jan 28th and supposedly I didn't fully complete the order (order confirmation email included all of the details and my full payment was taken) I was supposedly sent an email on Jan 27th that is asking me for the flavor of the cake etc, that email clearly stated that the soonest they could have this cake ready would be 1/31 so clearly its an inventory issue, that email came from a random person and not a business account so it went into my spam account. My boyfriend and I tried the Tomato Basil soup, and it was outstanding. As a big tomato soup fan, I can say it exceeded my expectations; it tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful, making it the perfect choice for the chilly, gloomy day we visited. We also indulged in the Fruity Pebble cookie—need I say more? Their cookies are always a hit, and I highly recommend warming them up in the oven first to enjoy the full experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any photos because we devoured everything so quickly and it was just that delicious, but I will definitely be back for more!

Abigail did an incredible job on the cupcakes for my wife's 35th birthday. I provided her with a general idea, and her creativity and dedication brought it to life. As a 38-year-old man, I don’t usually get overly enthusiastic about food and don’t often use words like “yummy.” But I was genuinely moved when I saw these cupcakes. You can tell she put a lot of love into her work. She either already knew about Dungeons & Dragons terminology or took the time to research the themes and ideas. Thank you, Abigail!

The cinnamon roll, and oatmeal creme pie were absolutely delicious, but both times ive had their cake, they are very disappointing. It's always dry, not moist, with no flavor except for the icing; which may i add they pile on, which i feel is to compensate for the other lacking departments. Wanted to love them twice but i've honestly had better store cakes :
I ordered a vintage heart cake for my 30th birthday and it was amazing!! Abigail was super helpful while ordering, and the cake turned out perfect. I went with cookies and cream cake with crushed oreo buttercream delicious!
Was honestly really surprised that this place had 4.9 stars. The cake and the cookies were dry and the flavors are extremely underwhelming. I will say the customer service is AMAZING.
