This is my favorite bagel shop in the Smithtown area. It's amazing that they're open 24 hours a day! I can swing by in the evening to pick up some bagels for the morning, which is great when I'm feeling lazy and don’t want to venture out later. They also have delicious French Toast bagels that my wife and son love. As for me, I prefer the classic sesame or everything bagels. They also offer mini bagels, which are perfect for a snack when I don’t want a whole bagel.
Bagels here are SOOoO good!!! There is always a line out the door but it moves fast! We saw they had specialty hero's and sandwiches and when we read the heart attack hero we automatically thought Cristina's deli in Whitestone but sadly it was nowhere near. We did end up throwing it out along with the fries that were not good at all. They tasted like they were refried 3 times. Bagels here will definitely have us coming back many times!
The food here is decent, but my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the staff member who works the night shift and has a beard. He consistently gets orders wrong and was quite disrespectful even when mistakes were made. He didn't apologize for the error and abruptly hung up on me when I tried to address it. Additionally, he refused to take my order over the phone.
The food is good, and I've been a loyal customer for a long time. However, I won’t be returning. The heat inside the restaurant is unbearable. It's hard to believe they don’t have air conditioning during the summer. It’s not just uncomfortable for customers; what about the employees? Not all bagels are the same, and these are definitely a cut above. They have an excellent flavor and a perfect texture. The lunch sandwiches are hearty and reasonably priced, especially with the daily specials. Plus, they're open 24 hours—what a bonus! I'm really glad they relocated to Smithtown. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Rude staff. They said they would fight 17 year old girls for going to the bathroom, very disrespectful. I ordered the heart attack and it was missing plentiful items as well as the staff complaining about how it was not missing any items.
Growing up in Nassau the only acceptable bagels were bagel boss or bagel master. That’s it. So when I moved to Suffolk I was finding it hard to find a good bagel. THESE are GREAT bagels. Do yourself a favor and go here for your bagels
Great, fresh bagels that have a great chew on the crust with a soft, yet properly dense interior. Everything is fresh and delicious, including the streaming hot coffee that was smooth and not bitter. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
