From the outside, it looks no different to any other kabab/charcoal chicken/takeaway type shop. Not especially exciting to look at, but what flavour awaits!We looked it up after my dad recommended it. He doesn't recommend places easily, so we were pretty keen to try it.We both ordered lamb skewers, which were divine!For around $15 per meal we got 4 big skewers of the most amazing, flavoursome lamb I've ever had. There is also a salad (nothing to get excited about) and big pieces of freshly cooked flat bread with 2 different dipping sauces, 1 spicy, 1 yogurt based. They serve kebabs and kebab rolls. They are unnoticeable. We have many and many small restaurants like this - Afghan kebab, yummy... but very common.It is not true. This usual take away is not usual. Their kebabs are yummiest I have ever tried, their serves are generous and not expensive - $15 for 4 skewers, they cook lam, chicken and beef. We stumbled across this kebab haven in the middle of a dozen kebab shops. We love this place so much that we now drive 30 minutes when that kebab craving calls. The staff are very polite and very determined for you to enjoy your stay. We always get the same chicken kebab and for $6.50 it is great value, as a food court kebab will cost around $10. But these kebabs are no food court kebab. They are real chicken in real Afghan bread. I would be surprised if anyone was still hungry after one of these beauties.

The food is freshly cooked including the famous afghan breads. I enjoyed the mix kabab platter and loved the atmosphere. Nice traditional and authentic food and the service is very friendly. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
This restaurant sits In the Afghan Street in Dandenong. There are lot of such shops. The chicken and kebabs are fresh and you will get big afghan bread also. Good charcoal grilled food. Give a try and you won't be disappointed
This is the real afghan kebab place. I have been coming here since last 10 years now. Once addicted to the taste its impossible let go. They deserve a Michelin star

Kebabs are delicious and the portions are reasonably large. Definitely recommended, although not a fancy place for occasions such as a date or so.
