unfortunately this restaurant has changed the hands . it is now called pho asian cuisine. we ordered our usual (and regular) order from what we believed was bamboo inn. when we picked it up, people were a little unknown, but we thought it was easy. a new employee. when we came home, we found a new menu with a new name. the food was our few years bamboo inn subordinate. my fave singapore noodles were pretty bland. the remaining food was okay, but not great. not much interest for Vietnamese eating, although many suppen (pho.) it is necessary to make some important improvements to restore a good clientele or it will go south. sad, as we do not really have any other great Chinese restaurant in c...
Very poor service from the beginning, server clearly could care less and was under no pressure as we were the only ones there at first.Started out having to yell out hello then she just waved us in and wandered off . Basically just dropped paper menus ontable. My order was wrong and she argued with me saying it was my mistake and when I politely pointed out on the menu that I wasright she shrugged and said I don't know talk to my boss.I ended up switching out my chicken chowmein for the pork chow meinwith my brother in law beside me as I don't eat chicken. a few weeks ago we thought we would give the bamboo inn restaurant a try on our friends recommended. the menu now has Vietnamese elements and although we were skeptical, we thought we would order a few dishes. I was pleasantly surprised. my order of bun bo hue. the broth was tasteful and full of plump garnelen as well as tofu, bbq pork, and although not included in the description, tiny mushrooms. it was delicious. my man enjoyed his meal also order the bun cha gio this yeo nuang. we will definitely come back.
Apparently under new management. Food was probably the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. Almond Chicken had uncoooked batter and greasy, their special fried rice that was supposed to have seafood had a few cocktail shrimp and pasty and the sweet and sour pork...had no taste. Previous management had really good food this one NOT. We will never order here again and I suggest anyone who wants to have Chinese either go elsewhere or MacDonalds. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Was a pretty poor experience here, told to grab a menu (which btw was dirty) and sit wherever, no not there um ok u said go sit down, asked what they had to drink, you order food first, so i do polietly, food was mostly ok, ss pork was to crunchy/dry, iaccidently dropped my fork, couldnt get a new one because wait staff stayed in kitchen whole time, so i got up and hollered ????im done.
a wonderful experience! eating was delicious and very generous. looked outside in her little escaping in the open. peter, the owner and the cook came to say hello and ask how that was eating. very sweet man with an amazing story. can't wait until. come back. really a beautiful place with amazing authentic Asian eating.
Fresh, healthy, and darn-right tasty! Excellent value. We were so impressed with every dish we had ordered Each one was exceptional quality. And the order was delivered exactly on time by a charming person. Great experience and we will definitely order again. Kudos...to Bamboo Inn.
Beef Tomato Fried Rice was always one of my favourite Chinese dishes to have however what I got was very disappointing. The fried rice was more like steamed rice and as for the overall taste well, I'm very glad to have been able to cover it up withplenty soy sauce. ?? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Haven't been there in years , a friend gave me two gift certificates so I was able to take a friend for a birthday dinner. Loved the vegetables, battered shrimp, and chicken chow main. Good service and helpful. Check it out. Love the view of the water.????
