Today I took my elderly mother to this restaurant for the first time. I ordered the pig's belly and ended up trying much more, including the delicious sausage. The meat was incredibly fresh and the staff was friendly. One of the girls even helped me get my mother out of the car. I highly recommend this place.

This Beacon restaurant is one of my go-to spots. They offer hot dogs for children (no added nitrates) and KFC chicken sausage for parents. They also sell potato beans/rolls and fresh baguettes. The BLT from the prepared menu with Pommes on the side is out of this world.

I just haven't been able to find the same quality of meats anywhere else. A little pricey but worth every penny. Even the jerky is superior to what you will find anywhere else.
Super quality products and incredibly knowledgeable butchers. Highly recommend stopping here even just to grab something for dinner tonight.
