Absolutely horrible customer service from this location. Food was not up to standard and when I spoke with the employee named rajesh, he said he would speak to his manager and give me a call back but never did. My shrimps were burnt, they were inedible, and the food tasted horrible. I ordered 4 bowls with extra meat worth $75 and none of the bowls could be eaten. Food was not inspected for quality assurance before being served. Workers and manger do not seem to care about the service they are providing. Would not recommend this location at all.
They are not following instructions properly. In my veggie burrito bowl, the ingredients were missing. Not following instructions at all as it happened with me 3 times. Even after complaining no one is taking responsibility. Very bad service by the staff. They are not filling bowl full for online orders as you can see half filled bowl with food. Not recommended this location. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are good if they provide full bowl with the food.
They have good meat here, I was not too impressed with the service, many times. Its better than taco bell, and the helping size is big. There is lots of parking. The restaurant many times was dirty to really dirty. But they do serve fast, and it has been fresh, but I don't feel like a valued customer, and my hard earned dollars should be spent else where.
