very nice experience! they have a great selection of weeps and a beautiful selection of wood and cheese. I would not recommend the jamón serrano (it is only average quality, like the ones they find in most US restaurants), but the idiazabal and valdeon cheese were great, and the brot is really good! I want you to fuet and salsichon de vic next time try to be good! as for the tapas, the schishito paprika substitution of the traditional padrón paprika worked great, and the patatas bravas are quite authentic. but my favorite was by far the chorizo with sweet and acidic figs, must try it! the gambas al ajillo were also ok. overall a nice experience, we come back!
The servers here are excellent and will actually handwrite on a menu what options fit your diet. I was extremely surprised at the amount of vegan/vegetarian options and everything I order was excellent. This is a very popular place and great to go with large parties that being said most of my friends eat meat and it was frustrating to have to tell them to give the veggie dishes to me first before they put their forks in them.... so my biggest suggestion would be to serve each item with a fork/spoon so that everyone is not sticking their own fork/spoon into the shared food...(hello cold/flu season as well who wants to share germs?!
I would give this five stars if I could. The wait staff is absolutely phenomenal. I am vegan and another one in my part is gluten free, and the waiter went thought the menu and marked all of the items that both of us could eat. Everything is so delicious and the drinks are beyond amazing. I can not recommend this place more. It’s always a good idea to make a reservation as the wait does get quite long.

our server was so sweet and funny, and she made the experience even so much better. our drinks and eating, including desserts, were so delicious! my friends and I didn't feel rushed at all, and all our menu questions were answered by our server. it was a nice experience and I will definitely come back.
there were six vegan tapas on their rotating menu when I went. they were tasty, but all felt like veggie side dishes instead of an artful show-stopper tapas plate. also in any case reservations here. as a walkup I was turned away three times.
The menu offers a variety of vegan options and the waitress was accommodating enough to make one dish vegan by omitting honey. The outdoor seating is also very pleasant.
there are several elements on the menu that are vegan and the waitress modified a dish (see honey) to make it vegan. nice seat in the open!
