On August 13th, my family and I decided to stop by for some ice cream to cool off, but we ended up feeling cheated. We've been loyal customers at this location for the past 30 years, and it's disappointing to see how low the new management has let standards drop. They charge over $3 per scoop, which would be acceptable if customers weren't being shortchanged! The owner seems to keep a close eye on the staff to ensure they are being stingy—and it's not just being careful; they’re using a plastic scooper that I've never seen at any other Baskin-Robbins.
