I am a glutton for punishment for returning here, more than one time but it is a convenient stop for ice cream in between my boyfriend’s house and mine. However, this is the absolutely worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The first time I stopped, I attempted to order at least 5 different sundae options off the menu right in front of me in the drive through, and they were out of everything I chose, from ice cream, to ice cream toppings. Finally, after having the guy list what they DID have, I was able to come up with something, but the guy felt so bad, he gave me the ice cream for free. Second time, basically same scenario, same missing products, which means they never carry these produ...
Since the new staff took over, this place has really gone downhill. They only have about 10% of their menu items available. The restaurant is dirty and disorganized, and the staff is quite rude. I've been coming here my whole life, and I used to love sitting outside and enjoying ice cream with my daughter. Unfortunately, it has never been worse than it is now. I would give it 0 out of 5 stars.
Worst customer service I wasted 10 minutes for someone attention nobody greeted me I was standing there very disorganized kids with there phones while working and he looked high what a disappointment I work in the food industry and I was a manager at a tacobell I would have fired him on the spot
I will never order from the place again. I ordered a two scoop strawberry sundae and I got zero strawberries. My “sundae” had two scoops of ice cream, a splash of strawberry juice (with no strawberries), and very little nuts. I’m pregnant and I was excited for my sundae this really upset me.

I paid 6 dollars for a layered sundae , they put 3 SMALL scoops in it , hardly any fudge at all. And that’s basically it . And on top of that I waited a pretty long time , around 4 min for them to make it .. 100% not worth it at all, just go buy a bucket of ice cream at store !!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The staff was incredibly rude, and the food was awful—it tasted stale and lacked any flavor. The ice cream options were also bland. They seemed unwilling to accommodate anything listed on their menu.
Horrible service and they never get our orders correct they take too long and don’t order a Banana split they put sprinkles gummy bears and small amount of chocolate syrup when you order with “everything”.
I've only ever ordered iced coffee from this location. The man that usually works the night shift is great. Fast and consistent service.

The ice cream here is amazing, and the staff were wonderful. I will definitely come back to this location only!
